The Dakota was inspired by my love of the classic tones of Johnny Winter and Allen Collins (Lynyrd Skynyrd).
Envisaged as the soul of the radical mid 60s, auto inspired classics with a more ergonomic, manageable vintage Single Cut feel, It features a premium mahogany body with raised center block, one piece Honduran mahogany neck, bound Indian rosewood fingerboard with celluloid dots, a pair of our exceptional in house, hand wound Freebird pickups, aged Faber wraparound bridge and hardware and premium CTS and Switchcraft components.
